Great to meet you!

Life transitions are heavy. My name is Tameka Seals, LCSW, and I specialize in helping women, BIPOC individuals, Veterans, and college students navigate life’s pivots with a sense of ease. I help you manage the emotional weight of change - whether that’s persistent anxiety, navigating big emotions like anger, or just finding clarity in the middle of the chaos.

My style is non-rigid and trauma-informed. While I lean on my clinical training to guide our sessions, I prioritize our human connection over rigid, manual-driven therapy. Think of our sessions as a space to unpack the heavy stuff so you can leave feeling a little lighter than when you walked in. If you’re looking for a therapist who is as real as you are, I’d love to connect.

My approach to therapy

I don’t do "stiff" therapy. I use my professional training to guide us, but I care more about our human connection than following a manual. My style is flexible and fits your life. I want you to feel comfortable and safe being yourself from the moment we start.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, you can expect a welcoming environment where we'll take the time to understand your unique experiences and goals. We'll explore your motivations, any challenges you face, and how we can collaboratively work towards achieving your desired outcomes.
