Hello, my name is Tameka Sutton, and I am delighted to meet you. Do you often feel irritable or describe yourself as unhappy for most of your life, without experiencing sustained feelings of self-worth? Do you mainly feel internalized distress, as though you are struggling with fear, anxiety, and depression? This can sometimes reflect a physical manifestation of psychological symptoms. Many non-psychiatric disorders can be triggered by emotionally disturbing life events. The psychological distress that follows such traumatic experiences varies from person to person, and I would love to support you through it.

My goal is to create a judgment-free space, offering only unconditional positive regard for you as a person. I firmly believe that you are the expert on your own life. I will bring my therapeutic expertise to help you foster feelings of reassurance, relaxation, and balance.

There is "no magic" involved here—only a solid therapeutic framework, evidence-based practices, and humane professional ethics to support your recovery. In every session, you will be greeted with a warm smile, kindness, and genuine care.
