Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Tameka Sutton, and I am delighted to meet you. Do you often feel irritable or describe yourself as unhappy for most of your life, without experiencing sustained feelings of self-worth? Do you mainly feel internalized distress, as though you are struggling with fear, anxiety, and depression? This can sometimes reflect a physical manifestation of psychological symptoms. Many non-psychiatric disorders can be triggered by emotionally disturbing life events. The psychological distress that follows such traumatic experiences varies from person to person, and I would love to support you through it.

My goal is to create a judgment-free space, offering only unconditional positive regard for you as a person. I firmly believe that you are the expert on your own life. I will bring my therapeutic expertise to help you foster feelings of reassurance, relaxation, and balance.

There is "no magic" involved here—only a solid therapeutic framework, evidence-based practices, and humane professional ethics to support your recovery. In every session, you will be greeted with a warm smile, kindness, and genuine care. While there will be some work involved in this process, remember that you will not be doing it alone—I am here to assist you.

If you are uncertain about how to start, feeling anxious about this new step, or unsure about the concept of therapy, please reach out to me! I am happy to offer a free consultation to help ensure that you find the right fit. Click on "15-minute time slot" to schedule a consultation or send me a quick email. Let’s get started!
