I’m Tamela Harrison, a therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, and major life changes. I have a background in evidence-based mental health care and focus on helping people feel heard, supported, and less alone. My work is practical and collaborative, and I tailor treatment to each person rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.
