Great to meet you!

I received MA in Counseling from George Fox University, and have worked the past three years in community mental health. I have additional training in trauma informed care, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and supporting both caregivers and those living with terminal illness.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I combine warmth, empathy, curiosity with a sprinkling of humor to build our therapeutic relationship and create a space where your story can be told. We will work together to discover and build on your strengths to meet your goals. I have worked extensively with complex grief, trauma, depression, ADHD. I also work with caregivers and individuals living with terminal illness.

What you can expect from our first session

In our sessions we will work towards building hope, embracing strengths. I will encourage challenging yourself to try new skills, and together we will celebrate wins both small and large!
