Great to meet you!

Specializations: Sports Psychology Individual, Couples & Adolescent/Young Adult Therapy.

Therapy should feel like a place where you can exhale and be honest about what is really going on- without judgement!

This is a place where you don't have to have everything figured out before you walk through the door. When you feel respected, understood, and comfortable enough to be vulnerable, there is room for real change to happen.

My role is not to tell you who you should be; it’s to help you better understand yourself, recognize what may be getting in your way.

Sports Psychology- I work with high school, collegiate, and professional athletes across sports, including track, basketball, and football. Needing support does not make you less competitive—it can actually help you perform and live with greater intention.

Individual Therapy- You don't need to reach a crisis point to deserve support. I work with people who are ready to understand what's happening beneath the surface and make intentional changes.

Couples & Relationship Therapy- You don't have to wait until a relationship reaches a breaking point to seek support. Every relationship has its own challenges; relationships can become difficult to navigate as responsibilities, priorities, and expectations change.

The goal is to help you build relationships that are healthier—not relationships that require you to lose yourself in order to maintain them.

Adolescent & Young Adult Therapy- Online visibility, digital validation, and the inability to truly disconnect can create challenges that previous generations didn't have to navigate in the same way. Our work in therapy focuses on helping you understand yourself and provides a space to develop your confidence to make decisions that align with who you are.

My approach to therapy

My approach is practical, individualized and blends practical mental health tools with real, grounded conversation. I want to understand what's actually happening in your world.

Together, we'll identify the patterns affecting you, build strategies that fit your life, and use your existing strengths as part of the process. Whether we're sharpening your mental game, processing something heavy, or figuring out what comes next after a major life transition, I show up to best support you reaching your goals.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy doesn't have to feel intimidating.

My goal is to create a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. Our first session is about getting to know you—your story, what brought you in, what you're navigating, and what you'd like to change. Together, we'll identify your goals and begin creating an approach that fits your needs.

There is no pressure to have everything figured out or to know exactly what to say. Just come as you are. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, understood, and confident that you've found a space where you can begin to move forward. You don't have to figure it all out alone.

**By offering virtual therapy I aspire to make therapy easier to access, while still creating an environment that feels personal and connected.
