I believe in a whole systems model that caring for the whole person is vital to improving the way the body and mind react to each other.

I wish our society would recognize that mental health is just as important as medical health, and we are body-mind-and spirit. If any of these are out of sync, we can have symptoms that interfere with our daily functioning.

My approach to therapy

I gather history, use a strengths perspective, and assist in finding a commonsense solution to some of the uncomfortable emotions that people often feel.
