Great to meet you!

Hi—I’m Tammerah. I’ve spent much of my career in community mental-health settings, working with adults and seniors from all walks of life who are facing challenges. I know how hard it can be to carry anxiety, depression, grief, stress, trauma, or the weight of relationship and life transitions—and I deeply respect the courage it takes to reach out for support. Many people tell me they feel relieved just to be heard.

My approach to therapy

In our time together, you’ll find a calm, non-judgmental space where you’re truly heard and supported. We’ll work at your pace, paying attention to what matters most to you. Together, we’ll explore what’s behind the struggles you’re facing and begin building practical, real-life strategies that feel manageable and meaningful. My aim is to help you feel seen, grounded, and empowered to move forward.

What you can expect from me

We’ll start by talking about what brought you here—what’s going on, what you hope to change, and what feels important. You’ll walk away feeling like someone got you, you made your voice heard, and you’re not alone in the journey. Over time, you’ll take away tools and insights you can use when you’re off-session: steadier moods, clearer choices, stronger relationships, and a stronger sense of your own inner voice.

Ideal for adults and seniors who are ready to make sense of their challenges and move toward a more fulfilling life, especially if you’re dealing with one or more of the concerns I specialize in. If you’re looking for a genuine partnership in this work—where your strengths are just as honored as your struggles—I’d love to connect.
