Great to meet you!

I want you to know that when we meet, you don't have to have everything figured out. You don't have to have the right words, a perfect story, or even know exactly what you need. You simply need to show up as you are. My life experiences, things impossible to check off a resume, underpin the purpose of my journey. I believe that every person has a story, and that sometimes the parts of our story that hurt the most can also become places of tremendous growth. I don't see you as a diagnosis, a problem to solve, or a list of things that need to be fixed. I see you as a whole person with experiences, strengths, struggles, hopes, fears, and the capacity for change. I also believe therapy should be a place where you can be honest without fear of judgment. There may be times when I gently challenge you, ask difficult questions, or encourage you to look at something differently. I do that because I believe in your ability to grow, not because I expect perfection from you. You will never have to pretend with me.

My approach to therapy

I hope that our work together gives you a place to breathe, think, heal, understand yourself more deeply, and discover that you are capable of more than you may currently believe. And perhaps most importantly, I want you to know this: You are not too much. Your story is not too complicated. Your feelings are not something you have to apologize for. And asking for help is not a sign of weakness. It is an act of courage. I provide a variety of services, including individual psychotherapy, family counseling, couples counseling, and parent counseling. I utilize evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), to help you achieve your specific goals.

What you can expect from me

With more than 26 years of experience, I have had the privilege of helping clients like you create lives that are not only more fulfilling but also deeply rewarding. I understand the challenges you may face, and I am dedicated to supporting you on your journey toward a richer life.
