Great to meet you!

I am dedicated to supporting women in finding freedom, balance and clarity in their lives. I bring over three decades of experience in working with women and families, using a holistic and trauma informed approach. My background includes training in mindfulness based cognitive therapy, somatic practices, emotional freedom techniques, meditation and yoga. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, life transitions, trauma and relationship challenges with compassion and practical tools. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel empowered to heal, grow and live fully on your own terms.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic, compassionate and collaborative. I combine evidence-based practices such as mindfulness based cognitive behavioral therapy and attachment focused, trauma informed treatment with somatic techniques, such as meditation. This integrative style allows me to support both the mind and body, helping clients develop practical tools for healing while also deepening self-awareness and resilience. I specialize in working with women navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions and self-worth challenges as well as couples seeking connection and understanding and foster and adoptive parenting support. I believe that therapy is a safe space to be fully seen, supported and empowered to create lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with practical tools for managing anxiety and stress, as well as greater clarity and self-awareness. Together, we will explore patterns and beliefs that may be holding you back and develop healthier ways of thinking and living. We will work together to discover the root of the issue. My goal is that you feel more grounded, empowered and confident to live a life of freedom on your terms.
