Tanay Hudson

I am a Queens, NY native and proud HBCU grad who enjoys connecting with clients and helping them become the best version of themselves. I work mostly with clients who struggle with depression, trauma and anxiety. I have been practicing for 12 years now and have worked in clinics in South Jamaica, Queens and East Harlem.

I would describe my style as solution and change oriented, empowering and empathic.

I create a warm, welcoming and safe space for clients. It's important that clients walk away from sessions feeling empowered.
