Great to meet you!

I am a nationally Board Certified Registered Art Therapist (ATR-BC), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in North Carolina, and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) with over fourteen years of clinical experience with individuals of all ages, group, and family counseling.

My approach to therapy

My theoretical approach is eclectic. I believe in integrating various styles to best fit individual goals and needs. I specialize in Art Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy, and EMDR.

What you can expect from me

I view individuals from a person-centered orientation, providing guidance towards self-expression and self-exploration. I also have a very strong belief in the power of art and psychodynamic theory to help people find new ways to express their feelings and heal. I am comfortable in using talk therapy in addition to the expressive arts in sessions.
