I am Tania Leachman, LMSW, and I am passionate about helping adults navigate their mental health journeys. I hold a Master of Social Work degree from Saginaw Valley State University, where I developed a strong foundation in various therapeutic techniques and approaches.
In my practice, I primarily utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). These evidence-based approaches allow me to address a wide range of issues, from emotional regulation and interpersonal conflicts to trauma and PTSD.
I find great fulfillment in seeing my clients achieve their goals and improve their overall health.
