Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing compassionate, evidence-based care through telehealth. I specialize in medication management while also incorporating supportive, therapeutic approaches to help you feel understood and make meaningful progress.

I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, and trauma-related concerns. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and actively involved in your care.

I believe mental health treatment should be collaborative, practical, and tailored to your unique needs, not a one-size-fits-all approach.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, open-minded, and solution-focused. I take the time to understand your concerns, then work with you to develop a clear and realistic treatment plan.

I prioritize:

  • Thoughtful medication management (when appropriate)
  • Education so you understand your treatment options
  • Ongoing collaboration and adjustments based on your response

I aim to balance clinical expertise with a down-to-earth approach so you feel comfortable, supported, and confident in your care.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, my goal is to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood. We’ll take time to discuss your concerns, history, and what’s been going on for you, as well as what you’re hoping to get out of treatment.

I’ll ask questions to get a clear clinical picture, but the session is collaborative, you’re encouraged to share at your own pace. By the end of the visit, you can expect a clear understanding of potential diagnoses, treatment options, and next steps.

If appropriate, we may discuss medication options, along with the risks, benefits, and alternatives, so you can make an informed decision. We’ll also begin setting realistic, personalized goals focused on improving your symptoms, functioning, and overall quality of life.

My aim is for you to leave your first session feeling supported, informed, and confident about your treatment plan.
