Great to meet you!
Tanory is a trauma therapist who works beyond traditional talk therapy, especially with people who understand their patterns intellectually but still feel stuck in them. Her approach blends Somatic Experiencing (SE), Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and other evidence-based practices to work with the nervous system, emotions, body, and the deeper patterns that words alone don’t always reach.
Before becoming a therapist, Tanory spent years as a yoga and meditation teacher, bodyworker, artist-activist, and international relief and development worker. With a Master’s in Intercultural Studies, she brings a deep curiosity about the ways our bodies, identities, relationships, cultures, and environments shape how we move through the world.
Her work is creative, embodied, culturally humble, and grounded in both science and humanity.
