My approach to therapy

Achieving goals will be a joint effort that begins with active listening and my understanding of your feelings and experiences, while providing a safe space. I take a person-centered approach, in which clients lead the conversation topics, allowing them to express what is important to them. The client sets goals by listing what they want to work.

What you can expect from me

Hello! I’m excited about our upcoming meeting and the opportunity to connect. In our first session, we’ll create a comfortable atmosphere to build rapport and get to know one another as we explore what has brought you to therapy. Remember, therapy is a journey, and meaningful change takes time. This is your space for healing.
