Great to meet you!

Sometimes life can leave you feeling overwhelmed and looking for ways to get relief. Relief comes when you face issues in a manner that allows you to release explained and unexplained stressors in a safe environment. Therapy can help provide a safe nonjudgemental space to allow your mind to process naturally. Each person owns unique skills they have developed to cope with their individual experiences. Understanding these personalized strategies, along with finding what works and what does not is essential for easing meaningful progress in the healing process. The method of therapy used in sessions with me are customized to be meaningful and to help you in navigating life’s challenges.

My approach to therapy

Utilizing techniques of challenging negative thinking and identifying goals while developing a plan to achieving those goals are approaches of cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy. These methods are coupled with taking a curious stance in helping you to self reflect and discover what works for you. By understanding your individual patterns, thoughts, and actions you will gain tools to welcome in a more productive way to thrive as a more passionate you.
