As a therapist, I pride myself on being a well-rounded individual with a warm and welcoming personality. I am trained as both an addiction counselor and in EMDR. I believe that everyone deserves a safe space to explore their thoughts and feelings, and I strive to create an environment where clients feel comfortable and supported. During the first session, my goal is for clients to leave with a clear understanding of their treatment game plan while feeling truly heard. This initial meeting is an opportunity for us to establish a solid foundation for our work together, where we can collaboratively identify goals and explore the best ways to achieve them. I believe that feeling understood is crucial for effective therapy, and I make it a priority to listen actively and empathetically.

My strengths lie in my comprehensive training in various therapeutic modalities, my use of humor to alleviate tension, and my ability to balance directness with kindness.
