I believe everyone deserves a safe and welcoming space to share their truth, to be seen, heard and respected.

I've worked in this field for the past 25 years, first as an RN, and for the last 21 years as a APN-BC, and never regretted a day. I love what I do. I admire the resilience I find in people and sit patiently with those who find themselves feeling distant from their strengths in the midst of challenging times and symptoms.

It's also important to me to serve marginalized communities and individuals navigating challenges related to social justice.

I feel that I have the flexibility to work with people from very different backgrounds and circumstances, while remaining genuine in my compassion. Your wellness, needs and goals are my focus; I'm here to support you on the journey.

I'm dedicated to maintaining a warm and caring space of presence for my patients. It's important to me to set judgements aside so I can really get to know you, as you truly are. This first session offers the opportunity to lay out expectations and determine if my practice is compatible with your needs.
