Great to meet you!

Welcome. I’m really glad you’re here.

Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big and sometimes uncomfortable step. You might not be sure exactly what you need yet, and that’s okay. You don’t have to have it all figured out to get started.

My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and able to be honest about what’s going on in your life. I value real connection, and I show up as an engaged and supportive partner in the process.

We will work together to better understand your patterns, your emotions, and what you need moving forward. I will meet you where you are while also helping you make meaningful progress at a pace that feels right for you.

If you’re here, something in your life is asking for attention or change. You don’t have to navigate that alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and grounded in real life. I focus on helping you understand your patterns, manage your emotions, and communicate your needs more clearly.

I use a mix of approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma informed care, but I tailor the work to you rather than following a one size fits all model. Together, we look at both the present challenges you are facing and the underlying patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

I am an engaged therapist. I will ask questions, offer insight, and gently challenge you when needed, while also respecting your pace and what feels safe for you.

The goal is not just insight, but meaningful and lasting change that you can carry into your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will spend time getting to know each other and talking about what brings you to therapy. You can share as much or as little as feels comfortable. There is no pressure to have everything organized or explained perfectly.

I will ask some questions to better understand your experiences, your current challenges, and what you are hoping for moving forward. We will also talk about your goals and what you would like to get out of therapy.

You can expect a supportive and conversational space. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and a little more clear about next steps.
