Great to meet you!

I offer comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy for those experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, mood disorders, stress, burnout, and life transitions. Together, we'll create a treatment plan that aligns with your values and goals.

I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of treatment, and I strive to create an environment where you can show up authentically without fear of judgment. If you're looking for a provider who will listen, collaborate with you, and support your journey toward greater balance and well-being, I would be honored to work with you.

My approach to therapy

Taking the first step toward seeking support can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate it alone. As a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, I provide compassionate, evidence-based care in a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard and understood. I believe healing begins by understanding the whole person—not just symptoms—and take a collaborative, individualized approach to treatment. My practice is grounded in science while recognizing the importance of mindfulness, healthy relationships, movement, and overall well-being as part of lasting mental health.

What you can expect from me

During our initial 60-minute intake, we’ll spend the first part of our time covering essential administrative and clinical background information to ensure everything is set up smoothly.

Once the initial paperwork and housekeeping are complete, we’ll shift our focus entirely to you—discussing what brought you in, your current concerns, and what you’re hoping to achieve. The primary goal of this first visit is comprehensive information gathering so I can understand your full picture. While medication management options are typically addressed in follow-up appointments, we may briefly touch on potential treatment directions if time allows.

By the end of the session, we’ll have a solid foundation to collaboratively build your ongoing care plan.
