I'm a native of South Carolina. Growing up the middle child of three children, I often took on the role of mediator and counselor for my family. Taking care of people has always come natural to me. When I chose this career, I knew I wanted to make a difference in people's lives. I obtained by MSN specializing in Psych/Mental health from Walden University. I received my Bachelors of Science in Nursing from South University in Columbia, SC.
Southern Comfort Psychiatric Services, LLC is a mental and behavioral health organization that aims to provide services to members of he community from ages 6 - 65+. We take a holistic approach to care as we aspire to help each client to approach and overcome obstacles that affect the mind, body and spirit. We are committed to taking culturally appropriate evidence based approaches in order to help each client reach optimal functionality within their everyday lives.
Our vision is to provide optimal psychological care to members within the community so that they are able to lead more fulfilling lives. I take a collaborative approach to ensure that clients are utilizing all available resources for the betterment of their mental, emotional and physical health.
