Great to meet you!

I'm a psychotherapist, Navy veteran, and Brooklyn native who believes in keeping therapy real, affirming, and even a little humorous at times. I earned my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and I've spent my career supporting individuals through life transitions, stress, relationships, and mental health challenges in community health settings.

I've worked with diverse populations, including adolescents, adults, and people of color navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, identity, cultural stressors, and balancing the many roles life puts on us. While I have extensive experience in trauma-informed care, I now focus on empowering clients to build resilience, strengthen self-awareness, and create intentional changes that support their mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, down-to-earth, and rooted in the belief that you already have strengths worth building on. I integrate holistic practices, focusing not just on the mind, but also on emotional and spiritual well-being, while tailoring each session to what feels most supportive for you.

I'll listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and expect me to both affirm and challenge you: affirming the progress you're making, while also gently nudging you toward growth when you're ready. Together, we will find practical tools and insights that fit your life and your values.

What you can expect from me

Clients often tell me they appreciate my balance of warmth, honesty, and humor. Whether you're working on self-confidence, managing stress, improving communication, or just learning how to be kinder to yourself, I meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you grow.
