Great to meet you!

Welcome to my practice! As a doctorally prepared Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I bring extensive experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care across the lifespan. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where we can work together to enhance your well-being and quality of life. Whether you’re seeking help for the first time or continuing your mental health journey, I’m here to listen, support, and guide you toward meaningful change. I look forward to partnering with you in your care.

My approach to therapy

Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. My approach to care is simple: I listen, I understand, and we work together to find the best path forward. I specialize in helping people who are struggling with disordered eating, ADHD, anxiety, and depression—some of the most common challenges we face today. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to start, I’m here to support you with compassionate, personalized care. Together, we’ll create a plan that helps you feel more balanced, confident, and in control of your life.

What you can expect from me

In our medication management sessions, you can expect a welcoming, judgment-free space where we focus on your unique needs and goals. We’ll discuss how you’re feeling, review your current treatment plan, and make any necessary adjustments to ensure your medication is working effectively for you. My goal is to help you feel your best with the right balance of support, guidance, and evidence-based care. Your well-being is my priority, and I’m here to work with you every step of the way.
