Great to meet you!

Sanders is a Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC Supervisor, and a Licensed Addictions Counselor that has experience working in inpatient and outpatient settings with mental health and addiction issues. Prior to counseling, Taurus began his career in law enforcement as a police officer for over 15 years. The training and experience responding to crisis and traumatic situations has afforded Taurus the ability to understand and respond effectively. I invite you to let me help you change your life for the better, and live up to your purpose and potential.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is one of curiosity. I listen intently to gain insight of a client's thoughts, emotions and behavioral patterns. My clinical lens is holistic as I consider the whole person. I foster a non-judgmental space to invite openness and vulnerability.

What you can expect from me

The first session is information overload. This is where the background and history is shared and equally as important, the rapport is being built.
