I view myself as someone whose purpose is to serve others; and I have over 25 years of experience which highlights this. My goal is to provide a comfortable environment for my clients to freely express themselves, while working to resolve or manage issues that have impacted their lives in unfavorable ways.
I find that a mixture of therapeutic approaches has been effective in helping clients identify the challenges that negatively impact their live; examine thoughts and feelings surrounding these issues; and develop a plan to resolve or better manage the challenges they face.
I believe that the counseling session belongs to the client to decide what is most important to them. My job is to guide them along the way, by helping them choose a path that best helps them to have a more fulfilling life.
