Great to meet you!

As a Black Queer woman, I deeply understand the importance of being seen, heard, and affirmed in your full identity. My goal as a counselor is to create a space where you feel genuinely safe—where you don’t have to shrink, code-switch, or mask parts of yourself to be accepted. Whether you're exploring your identity, navigating life transitions, managing anxiety or depression, or seeking support as a neurodivergent person, I meet you with empathy, cultural humility, and radical acceptance. This is your space to show up fully—without judgment, without pretense, and without pressure.

My approach to therapy

My counseling style is warm, affirming, and eclectic. I draw from evidence-based practices like Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, while always tailoring sessions to fit your unique needs, lived experience, and pace.

What you can expect from me

I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to walk beside you—offering support, reflection, and guidance as you reconnect with your most authentic self. You're not alone on this journey and healing doesn't have to happen in isolation.
