Great to meet you!

My name is Tayler Rowe, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker working toward my Perinatal Mental Health certification. I have worked with various populations in various settings (residential, inpatient, and outpatient) and have a diverse background helping people with trauma, crisis, depression, anxiety, grief, and relationship problems. I really enjoy helping you advocate for yourself in creating strong boundaries and growing your self-esteem.

My approach to therapy

I very much like a warm but challenging holistic approach to therapy. I think it is important to find balance in your life and it starts with improving self-esteem and self care. I like a person centered approach meaning you are in charge, we go at your speed with a push from me when necessary. I believe life, as well as change, requires us to be 10% outside of our comfort box.

What you can expect from me

I want to hear your story! I don't want anyone to feel so uncomfortable that they give up trying. So we will build rapport and trust at your pace. My goal is to grow and warmly stretch your confidence to create the relationships and accomplish the goals you want for yourself. As a result, my clients typically tell me how much better they feel after feeling validated and supported.
