Great to meet you!

Life is HARD sometimes.

Maybe you are emotionally exhausted and find there are days you don't want to get out of bed.

Maybe you worry too much about the future and you are sick and tired of friends saying, "you think too much!" Maybe you can't say "NO!"

Or, maybe a loved one is concerned about you and wants you to see someone.

If you find your struggles are getting in the way of your goals and dreams, there IS hope. Therapy can help.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is a client-directed strengths-based approach. There are numerous strategies that can help, but I use ongoing feedback from you in order to use the approach that fits your needs.

What you can expect from me

We make goals together. Letting someone in can be hard at first, but you should expect improvement. If not, we get to find you someone that would work better for you. And that's ok too!
