Great to meet you!

My goal is to create an empathic space for self-reflection and acceptance resulting in transformed relationship to self and others. I promote safety, transparency, and the development of tools that will empower you in all areas of life culminating in increased capacity for authentic self-expression and creativity.

My approach to therapy

My philosophical approach to psychotherapy includes a psychodynamic interpretation of mental health and emotional processes rooted in psychoanalysis which aims to address the foundation and formulation of the psychological process with the goal of reducing symptoms and improving people’s lives.

What you can expect from me

My role as a therapist is to help people gain insight into their lives and current problems by evaluating and reviewing cognitive and behavioral patterns that include emotions, thoughts, early life experiences, and beliefs. Recognizing these patterns help people see how they avoid stress and develop defense mechanisms to cope. I believe these insights and developing alternative coping strategies can allow for lasting change.
