Great to meet you!

I believe in empowering each person I work with and creating a counseling space where you can feel safe, comfortable, and supported as you share your experiences. I bring an easygoing, encouraging presence to sessions, and I believe there is hope and healing in every situation. I’m especially passionate about helping people feel less alone and more understood in their everyday lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, supportive, and practical. I love to listen closely, help clients problem-solve, and encourage growth through life’s challenges. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families, and I specialize in grief and loss, premarital and marital counseling, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship concerns.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a space where they feel heard, cared for, and encouraged. My hope is that you leave sessions with greater clarity, stronger support, and practical tools to navigate what you’re facing. I tailor my approach to each client and situation, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, client-centered therapy, and psychoeducation, with faith-based support when desired. My experience includes counseling men and women through parenting concerns, marriage and relationship challenges, and difficult life experiences, and I’m especially passionate about supporting teenagers facing identity struggles, school issues, family stress, depression, and anxiety. I’m committed to helping clients move toward healing, connection, and hope.
