Great to meet you!

If you feel stuck in cycles of intrusive thoughts, anxiety, avoidance, compulsive behaviors, or painful relationship patterns, therapy can help you move forward. I specialize in OCD and am a certified Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapist. I also work with trauma and PTSD, as well as relational wounds and patterns that may be affecting how you see yourself and connect with others. My goal is to help you feel less controlled by fear and more connected to the life and relationships that matter to you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, affirming, and collaborative. I believe meaningful change often comes from learning to face what feels uncomfortable rather than continuing patterns that provide temporary relief but keep us feeling stuck. With OCD, I use evidence-based ERP to help you respond differently to intrusive thoughts and reduce compulsive behaviors. When working with trauma and relational concerns, we can explore how past experiences and generational patterns continue to shape your present while developing healthier ways of responding.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. We’ll explore the thoughts, behaviors, experiences, or relationship patterns you would like to change and begin identifying what you want therapy to help you achieve. You can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can work together to determine the best path forward at a pace that feels manageable for you.
