Great to meet you!

Do you find yourself constantly trying to meet everyone else’s expectations while putting your own needs last? Maybe you’re struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, low self-worth, relationship patterns, or the pressure to “hold it all together.” You may understand intellectually that you deserve more compassion, yet still find yourself caught in cycles of self-criticism, worry, or people-pleasing. I work with individuals who are navigating these challenges through a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) framework that is practical, collaborative, and grounded in your individual experiences.

My approach to therapy

Sessions are collaborative and focused on helping you develop skills you can use both inside and outside of therapy. Depending on your goals, we may work on identifying automatic thoughts, challenging unhelpful beliefs, practicing assertiveness, changing avoidance patterns, building healthier boundaries, and developing greater self-compassion.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect someone who is engaging and energetic while focusing on the details of what they are saying.
