Great to meet you!

Hi there, my name is Taylor. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate. I graduated from East Tennessee State University with a BSW and MSW.

Prior my transition to the mental health field in 2020, I gained experience as a social worker in the medical field working with all age groups and populations. In the most recent years, I worked as an Employee Assistance Program Therapist and a Inpatient Psychiatric Social Worker.

My approach to therapy

I am a casual therapist that offers supportive service with the goal to improve the quality of lives. I tailor plans utilizing integrative therapy techniques. I take the responsibility to educate myself in areas as deemed professionally appropriate to better serve my clients. I am solution-focused and emotionally supportive. I strive to empower my clients and tend to practice with a strengths-based approach.

What you can expect from me

I hope to offer my clients a safe, non-judgmental space with a tailored treatment plan. I am confident my fundamental skillset, trainings and experience could offer support to improve the lives of my clients but not everyone is a "good fit," I am honest and ethical.

Please note, I will refer to another provider or additional supports as deemed appropriate with the agreement of the client.
