Great to meet you!

I believe that challenges can become opportunities for growth when we have the right support. My approach is focused on helping you recognize your strengths, clarify your goals, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want.

I earned my first clinical license in 2019 and began my career specializing in addiction treatment before transitioning into broader mental health care in 2020. Since then, I have worked primarily with adults ages 18–55 navigating men’s issues, relationship concerns, vocational stress, and major life adjustments.

Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about what comes next, therapy can provide a supportive space to better understand yourself and create lasting change. We will work together to develop practical strategies that fit your needs, values, and goals.

My approach to therapy

We all bring unique backgrounds, stories, and life experiences to our journey. Together, we can develop a mindset that supports positive change and helps you create meaningful outcomes. Whether you’re navigating challenges, seeking greater peace, or working toward personal growth, I’m here to support and encourage you. My goal is to help you build resilience, move forward with confidence, and become the best version of yourself.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for you to share what brings you in, ask any questions, and get to know me. I’ll create a warm, relaxed environment where you can feel comfortable being yourself and confident that this is your space and your time.

Together, we’ll explore your goals, discuss what you hope to achieve, and create a personalized plan for moving forward at a pace that feels right for you.
