Great to meet you!
An Idaho native, I attended Boise State University and earned a Bachelor of Social Work in 2009. I minored in Military Science and commissioned as a Second Lieutenant upon graduation. After attaining a Masters in Social Work in 2010 I began my active duty time. As Social Work Officer, I was trained and licensed in clinical social work in the Active Duty Army, where I provided individual therapy for service members and worked with command teams to assist in maintaining the mental and behavioral readiness of the unit. Concurrently, I was Deputy Chief of the Embedded Behavioral Health Team for 2SBCT at Schofield Barracks, HI, supervising licensed clinicians and overseeing the behavioral health services of over 4,500 Soldiers. Following my active duty commitment, I was a stay at home parent for 9 years, maintaining current licensure during that time.
I am grateful to be able to start my private practice and am currently accepting new clients. I am skilled in treating trauma and a wide range of symptoms, including grief, anger, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. I utilize various evidence-based treatments, tailoring each approach to meet the individual needs of my clients.
