Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are — without judgment, pressure, or fear of getting it “wrong.” My role is to walk alongside you as you build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change in your life and relationships.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, emotional regulation challenges, ADHD, life transitions, parenting stress, relationship concerns, and postpartum adjustment. I bring a compassionate, structured, and strengths-based approach to treatment, blending evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness strategies.

My therapeutic style is warm, structured, and collaborative. I enjoy helping clients break down complex emotions into manageable steps and actionable strategies. For children and adolescents, I incorporate creative interventions, visual tools, and skill-building activities to promote engagement and self-awareness.

I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel safe, understood, and empowered. My goal is to create a supportive space where you can grow at your own pace while developing tools that improve daily functioning and long-term wellbeing.

What you can expect from me

During our initial session, we’ll talk about your background and what brought you to therapy, including any relevant history you’d like to share. We’ll also explore your goals—what you hope to work on and what feeling “better” might look like for you. There’s no pressure to share everything at once; we move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

We’ll review important information such as confidentiality, HIPAA, and its limits, so you know how your privacy is protected and when information may need to be shared for safety reasons. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions, share concerns, and get a sense of whether this feels like a good fit.
