Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Taylore, a late-diagnosed autistic woman. I am passionate about working with couples and individuals to improve communication, as I believe poor communication is often the root of many of our problems. I want to help clients work through their fears and frustrations to have more peace and happiness in their lives. The therapy process can be overwhelming, yet transformative when there is effort and intention. I will be there to walk with you through the journey.

A bit about my approach to therapy

While my approach is solution-focused (identifying and achieving goals), we will still address emotions, family history, patterns, and any other topics that may be keeping you from a healthier life.

What you can expect from our first session

I gently challenge you to reflect on what makes you who you are and why you do what you do (as it relates to upbringing and past relationships). You've gotten this far because you've done some things right. Let's find out what works and strengthen those skills, and for what may not be working, we'll see what can be changed so you reach your goals.
