As a therapist, I believe in the healing power of relationships. It is only through being truly seen, heard, and respected by another that we can come to truly know ourselves. I use a whole-person approach to find the root cause of your struggles in addition to Acceptance Commitment Theory to help with ADHD, anxiety, and depression. We challenge old thought patterns, embrace self-acceptance, and become more present in our lives. By addressing harmful patterns and infusing the process with self-compassion, we can live more fully in the present.
