Great to meet you!

I’m currently accepting new clients and would be glad to support you. My experience includes working with individuals from marginalized communities, as well as those navigating anxiety, anger, depression, trauma, and DV/IPV-related experiences. I believe you are the expert of your own life. My goal is to offer a space where you feel safe, respected, and genuinely supported as you explore your experiences and focus on what you need in the present moment.

My approach to therapy

My work is grounded in Solution‐Focused, Somatic, and Cognitive behavioral approaches.

What you can expect from me

Together, we’ll identify what feels most important to you, whether that’s building coping skills, processing trauma, strengthening relationships, or finding clarity in moments of transition.

If you’re ready to begin, curious about the process, or simply want to see whether we’re a good fit, I’d be glad to connect. Reaching out is a brave first step, and you don’t have to navigate it alone!
