Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m my name it Teilor, and I specialize in working with individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, and life’s deeper questions. I take an integrative approach that includes practical tools to help manage overwhelming emotions, while also drawing from existential therapy to explore the "why" beneath the surface. If you’ve been feeling anxious or down, it’s totally understandable to want some relief—but my approach is to take a deeper look at what those feelings might be trying to tell you.

My approach to therapy

From an existential therapy lens, anxiety and depression can show up when we’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure about who we are or where we’re going. Together, we’ll create a space to explore those bigger questions—things like meaning, choice, and what really matters to you. It’s not about having all the answers right away, but about starting an honest conversation with yourself and learning how to navigate life with more clarity and intention.

What you can expect from me

I am a believer in whole health, meaning we will address mental, physical, emotional and spiritual issues in sessions. I believe in providing a space where your voice can be heard and acknowledged, and I provide a constant stream of motivation and support in your decision to choose yourself for once. My support also looks like challenging you to break habits that are no longer serving you. To help you define and find safety within yourself. My ultimate goal is to help you reconnect your mind and body, reconnect with your values, make intentional choices, and move toward a more authentic, fulfilling life.
