Great to meet you!

Welcome! It's important that you know that therapy is not a luxury! It is a courageous step towards wholeness. Are you feeling overwhelmed with carrying the weight of unrealistic expectations, navigating overwhelming life changes, or feeling the burnout that comes with always having to be strong for everyone else? Take a breath. You don’t have to hold it all alone. I see you and I welcome you! Whether you're a caregiver stretched thin, an educator under pressure, a mother, daughter, or friend supporting someone through addiction, or simply feeling stuck in a cycle of anxiety, grief, depression, or chronic pain, your story matters. Healing is possible, and therapy can help. Don't wait!

My approach to therapy

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with years of experience walking alongside individuals through life’s toughest seasons. My passion lies in supporting women of color and communities who are too often overlooked or expected to “push through.” You deserve care, support, and a space that honors your truth. Your story and your lived experiences matter! My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and rooted in compassion. I use several evidence-based tools like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, & MORE. Each intervention is tailored to meet you where you are. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, tap into your resilience, and help you move forward with clarity.

What you can expect from me

Clients who work with me often walk away with a stronger sense of clarity, confidence, and control over their lives. Together, we focus on building practical tools you can use every day. Whether that means managing stress, improving communication, setting boundaries, or simply giving yourself permission to rest.

You’ll leave sessions feeling heard and empowered, not judged. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths, challenge unhelpful patterns, and move forward with purpose. I’ll meet you where you are, but I’ll also gently push you toward the growth you’re capable of.

Therapy with me is a collaborative journey; one where you gain insight, develop emotional resilience, and walk away knowing that change is not only possible, but within your reach! What are you waiting for? Take the leap!
