Great to meet you!

Great to meet you!

Are you the person everyone depends on, but lately you are not sure how much more you can carry? You may be managing any one or more of the following: work, school, parenting, relationships, and everyone else’s needs while privately struggling with anxiety, sadness, burnout, overthinking, or emotional exhaustion.

I provide compassionate online therapy for women, parents, caregivers, educators, adults, and adolescents throughout North Carolina. I help clients work through anxiety, depression, stress, parenting concerns, relationship difficulties, identity concerns, and major life changes.

You deserve a space where you do not have to take care of everyone else. Together, we can help you feel more grounded, understand what you need, and begin caring for yourself again. You do not have to wait for a perfect time to seek support. I am accepting new clients and would be honored to walk alongside you.

My approach to therapy

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who offers warm, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed care. I am especially passionate about supporting women and people of color who may feel overlooked, overwhelmed, or pressured to keep pushing through difficult experiences.

Therapy with me is supportive, practical, and collaborative. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and strength-based strategies, tailoring each session to your needs. We may explore the thoughts, emotions, relationships, and experiences contributing to how you feel while also developing realistic strategies you can use in everyday life.

You will not be expected to arrive with all the answers. We will begin where you are and move at a pace that feels supportive while still helping you make meaningful progress.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a welcoming space where you feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment. Our sessions may help you manage anxiety and stress, recognize unhelpful patterns, communicate more effectively, set healthier boundaries, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been neglected.

I will listen with compassion while also asking thoughtful questions and gently challenging you when it supports your growth. My goal is for you to leave therapy with greater clarity, practical coping skills, increased confidence, and a stronger sense of control over your life.

Change does not have to happen all at once. We will take it one step at a time and build progress that feels realistic and sustainable. Your free 15 min consultation is waiting for you!
