Great to meet you!

Teisha Caldwell | Licensed Mental Health Counselor | Author | Mindset & Trauma Specialist

I’m a licensed mental health counselor specializing in trauma, dedicated to helping individuals transform negative mindsets into growth-oriented behaviors. Through my work, I empower adults—especially parents, teachers, and caregivers—to cultivate resilience, self-worth, and emotional well-being.

As an author and educator, I create tools and stories that foster positive thinking, compassionate parenting, and deep personal growth. My mission is to help individuals break free from limiting beliefs, heal from past wounds, and build meaningful connections that uplift themselves and the next generation.

If you’re looking for inspiration, practical guidance, or a supportive space to embrace your highest potential, let’s connect!

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, growth-oriented, & deeply compassionate, with a strong emphasis on helping individuals heal from trauma and transform negative mindsets into self-empowerment. As a specialist in trauma, I guide clients through identifying and releasing past wounds, breaking free from limiting beliefs, and cultivating emotional resilience.

I work with anyone who is sick & tired of being sick and tired, ready to break cycles of pain, self-doubt, and emotional struggle. In addition to therapy, I am well-versed in personal coaching, helping clients set meaningful goals, build confidence, and take actionable steps toward the life they desire.

My approach integrates positive psychology, self-compassion, and practical strategies, ensuring that clients not only heal but also develop the tools to foster long-term well-being. You are especially passionate about working with parents, teachers, and caregivers, recognizing their profound influence on shaping future generations. My mission is not just about overcoming trauma but about creating a lasting shift in mindset and behavior to lead a more fulfilling, connected life.
