Great to meet you!

I became a therapist because I believe deeply in the power of connection and feeling truly understood. I know that life can feel overwhelming at times, and reaching out for help takes courage. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and never judged—a place where you can begin to make sense of what you’re going through and move toward healing.

I am a LCSW and licensed in both Delaware and Pennsylvania.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and trauma-informed. I draw from EMDR, ERP CBT, DBT, and trauma-focused therapy to help you build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create lasting change. I tailor each session to your unique needs, focusing on what feels most relevant and supportive for you in the moment.

I view therapy as a partnership—you bring your lived experience, and I bring tools, guidance, and understanding. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build resilience, and help you move toward greater confidence, balance, and self-compassion.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting to know each other and setting the foundation for our work together. I’ll ask questions to better understand your background, current challenges, and what brings you to therapy. You’ll also have space to share at your own pace and ask any questions you may have.

My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the steps ahead. From there, we’ll begin developing goals and strategies that align with your needs and comfort level, moving at a pace that feels right for you.
