Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 13 years of nursing experience caring for individuals across a variety of healthcare settings, including critical care, acute care, medical-surgical nursing, behavioral health, dialysis, rehabilitation, and surgical services. These experiences have given me a strong foundation for caring for individuals with both complex medical and mental health needs.

I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health. I primarily work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, and other mood disorders. I also have a special interest in working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

I believe healing begins when people feel seen, heard, and understood, and I strive to create a safe, judgment-free space where every client is treated with dignity, compassion, and respect.

I believe every person is more than a diagnosis, and I am committed to partnering with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that reflects your goals, values, and unique needs.

Whether you're seeking support for the first time or returning to care, my goal is to meet you where you are and partner with you on your journey toward hope, healing, and balance.

My approach to therapy

The best mental health care begins with listening. My approach is collaborative, holistic, and evidence-based, recognizing that mental health is influenced by biological, psychological, social, and environmental factors. I strive to understand the whole person—not just symptoms—before recommending treatment.

I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, education, and collaborative care. I value shared decision-making and believe the strongest treatment plans are built through partnership.

My goal is to empower you with the knowledge, support, and tools needed to achieve lasting emotional wellness and an improved quality of life.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll discuss your current concerns, medical and mental health history, previous treatments, lifestyle factors, and personal goals. I'll complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and answer any questions you may have.

By the end of our visit, we'll work together to create an individualized treatment plan that may include medication recommendations, education, and follow-up care.

My hope is that you'll leave feeling heard, understood, and confident that we have a plan moving forward.
