Great to meet you!

Welcome ! I’m Telisa Taylor, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with advanced training in psychiatric assessment, medication management, and trauma-informed care. My background includes working with diverse populations in outpatient and community settings, which has given me a deep understanding of both complex mental health needs and everyday life stressors.

I specialize in supporting teens, adults, professionals, and parents who are navigating stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, psychosis, and life transitions. My practice blends medication, therapy, and coaching to treat the whole person and create a personalized path toward stability and wellness.

Above all, clients should know that my style is warm, approachable, and relatable—and that their comfort, safety, and growth are always my top priorities.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, direct, and holistic. I use an integrative model that blends medication management, therapy, and coaching to support the whole person—not just the symptoms. I work collaboratively, creating a relaxed and approachable environment where clients feel comfortable, understood, and involved in every step of their care. I specialize in helping teens, adults, and professionals navigate stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and psychosis, always using trauma-informed principles. For those seeking a more personalized experience, I also offer concierge-style care with flexible scheduling and enhanced access.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you’ll experience a calm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you can speak openly and comfortably. I’ll complete a comprehensive evaluation to understand your symptoms, history, life stressors, and goals. Together, we’ll identify your priorities and begin creating a personalized treatment plan that may include medication, therapy, coaching, or a combination of all three. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, supported, and clear on your next steps. Concierge clients may also receive extended time and early access options for more flexible, personalized care.
