Great to meet you!

I work with individuals who are driven & focused, and used to handling a lot. You may also feel the need to constantly keep it all together, have reactions that are bigger than you want them to be, find it hard to turn your brain off, spend a lot of time second-guessing yourself, or don't feel as confident as everyone thinks you are.

Working with me, you gain the ability to give yourself permission to let it go, and understand the triggers that keep you stuck in those same loops. We find strategies you can use before those triggers get in the way — not just so you can keep performing, but so the pattern actually stops running you.

My approach to therapy

I use EMDR therapy. We will map out your experiences to identify patterns, and give them a name, (in the form of a belief system), and we process those beliefs, thereby weakening their hold. EMDR is especially helpful if traditional talk therapy hasn't gotten you where you hoped, or you're tired of telling the same stories over & over without seeing results

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll start by understanding what's brought you in and how it's showing up for you. We talk about the patterns, the triggers, and begin mapping the beliefs underneath them. From there, we'll build a plan using your own strengths and inner resources. This way, the work fits how you actually operate rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
