Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH), I’m passionate about helping individuals both teens and adults navigate life’s challenges and get to the root of what’s holding them back. I specialize in working with those dealing with anxiety, depression, and trauma, using a mix of approaches like solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic work, depending on what fits each person best. My goal is to create a space where clients feel seen and supported as they begin to understand themselves better and work toward real healing and growth.

I earned my Bachelor’s in Psychology from Wesley College and my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Neumann University.

At the heart of my work is a balance of empathy, honesty, and practicality. I meet clients where they are and walk with them at their pace, helping them uncover insights, build confidence, and find lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and direct. I meet clients where they are, helping them unpack patterns, process difficult emotions, and build healthier ways of coping. I specialize in working with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I use an integrated mix of solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic insight to guide the work. My goal is to help clients feel seen, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a space that’s honest, supportive, and judgment-free. My goal is to help them feel heard while also being gently challenged. Together, we work to build insight, break unhelpful patterns, and develop practical tools for real-life change. Whether it's managing anxiety, processing trauma, or navigating life transitions, I aim to help clients leave each session with more clarity, confidence, and a sense of direction.
