Great to meet you!

I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC in 2012 and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio in 2019. My therapeutic style is eclectic and I use a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Solution-Focused Therapy to support clients in their processes to balance, empowerment and wellness.

My approach to therapy

Everyone is unique in their needs and their expectations for therapy. My clinical approach is to walk alongside clients through the “shenanigans” of life with a relaxed, genuine and straight-forward approach. I will always offer affirming support in a safe and a non-judgmental way in addition to honesty and accountability.

What you can expect from me

My clients can expect that they will be treated with dignity and respect in their therapeutic journey with me. My clients can expect that I will be supportive and respectful while at the same time meeting them with accountability and a commitment to moving towards their goals towards wellness and healing.
