With experiences across pediatric/adolescent behavioral and psychiatric health centers to veteran mental health care, I offer a space where every identity is valued, especially LGBTQ+ individuals and those grappling with substance challenges.

Special focus on anxiety, depression, ADHD and other mental health disorders. Together, we’ll work on strategies to manage and alleviate your symptoms, helping you achieve a better quality of life and well-being. My goal is to support your mental and emotional well-being through personalized, evidence-based tools. I aim to create a collaborative and respectful environment where you feel heard and empowered in your journey toward better mental health.
