Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 12 years of experience in Oklahoma, supporting people through life's challenging moments. I primarily work with teens and adults facing anxiety, depression, and trauma. I am trained in EMDR, CBT, and Family Systems, and I care deeply about creating a safe, steady space where you can explore what you are going through and move toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in compassion, respect, and cultural responsiveness. I am committed to honoring your unique identity, beliefs, and values, whether you are navigating faith based questions, LGBTQ+ concerns, multicultural experiences, or secular perspectives. My style is collaborative and person centered. I see you as the expert on your life, and I walk alongside you with genuine care, curiosity, and evidence based tools.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we start with an introductory conversation where you can share your story, current struggles, and what you hope to gain from therapy. Together, we will clarify your goals and begin mapping out practical steps and skills to support them. Your goals, pace, and direction always guide our work. Reaching out takes real courage, and I would be honored to support you as you move toward healing, growth, and greater self understanding.
